Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account and use ABI. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the product.

ABI reads the transaction files you upload and reports revenue, expenses, profit, margin, cash flow, a Financial Health Score, what changed against the previous month, and a written interpretation of those figures.

What it is not, and does not attempt to be:

• →It is not accounting or bookkeeping software, and it does not keep your books.
• →It does not prepare or file taxes.
• →It does not reconcile bank accounts, run payroll, issue invoices, or manage inventory.
• →It does not replace an accountant, bookkeeper, or CPA, and nothing it produces is financial, tax, investment or legal advice.

Everything ABI reports is derived from the transactions you upload. If a file is incomplete, contains duplicates we could not detect, or classifies something differently from how you would, the figures will reflect that. Check the numbers before making a decision on them.

The Financial Health Score is an indicator ABI generates from your own data. It is not an accounting standard, a credit rating, or a valuation, and no third party recognises it.

• →You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
• →You must have the right to upload the financial data you upload.
• →One account is for one business owner and their business. Do not share credentials.

• →Early access costs $19 per month and renews monthly until you cancel.
• →Payment is taken through PayPal. Your card details are handled by PayPal and are never received or stored by ABI.
• →You can cancel at any time, from the link in your PayPal receipt or by asking us. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
• →Cancelling stops future charges. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• →Prices may change while ABI is in early access. Any change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you before it takes effect.

ABI does not currently operate a published refund policy, and these terms do not promise one. If you believe you have been charged in error, get in touch and we will look at it.

• →Files are limited to 10 MB and 50,000 rows each, in CSV, XLS or XLSX format.
• →Do not attempt to access another customer's data, disrupt the service, or automate access in a way that degrades it for others.
• →Do not upload data you are not entitled to hold.

ABI is in early access. Features change, and the product may be unavailable at times. We do not offer an uptime guarantee at this stage, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, you will be told and billing will stop.

ABI is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of its output, for lost profits, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
